These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the public website located at https://hookedshorts.com (the "Site"), which is provided by Suzhou Jingyu Heyao Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. (苏州景屿和曜网络信息科技有限公司) under the Hooked Shorts brand. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The courts in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes related to the Site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
